Local Richmond gym franchise Boho opened their third location in a 2500 square foot shell space on the ground floor of a ground-up 27,000 square foot multi-use development. The expansion gave the spin class specialists a location to focus on personal training and hyperserving their clients. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design modified existing shell elements in order to keep tenant fit out costs low.
